Kim Rae
Kim is the founder of the clinic and with almost 20 years of movement and rehabilitation experience, Kim is passionate about helping people achieve balance, ease and more functional choices with their movement patterns. She loves uncovering the real 'why' of what’s causing symptoms and helping clients relearn forgotten patterns of movement.
She’s thrilled to see clients’ get relief from their symptoms through uncommon approaches and has worked intentionally to make her clinic a comfortable space where she can really listen to clients’ stories and explore what is going on through full-body assessment and movement exploration.
Kim’s primary role is as a registered physiotherapist offering pelvic health physiotherapy, cranio-sacral & visceral therapies and clinical pilates. In addition, as the lead clinical educator, Kim works with her wonderful team to keep up to date on current practices and new techniques during their monthly in-services.
Along with the wonderful Client Care team, Kim manages the day-to-day runnings of the clinic and can’t wait to welcome you soon! Kim is available in clinic and via email Wednesdays-Saturdays.

After completing her Master’s in Physiotherapy in the UK, Jennifer returned home to BC, where she had previously earned her BSc in Biomedical Physiology at Simon Fraser University. Her work is grounded in the belief that the body works as an interconnected system—and lasting change often comes from exploring how different pieces influence one another.

With a background in kinesiology and a deep understanding of exercise-based rehab, she combines movement and manual therapy to support clients in feeling strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.
